Honest response times.
We are still pre-launch and the team is small. The targets below are the ones we hold ourselves to today, and they will get faster as the product grows.
Pre-launch response targets
- Safety reports: same business day, ahead of feature work
- Security disclosures: within 2 business days, with a coordinated-disclosure timeline if applicable
- Privacy questions: within 3 business days
- General & early access: within 5 business days
What we ask of you
- Be specific. The more we know, the faster we can help.
- For security, please give us a chance to fix before publishing.
- For safety, write from anywhere you can reach. We will not blame you for the inbox you used.
